To participate in the sweepstakes:

• Promotion Period: This sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM ET on 3/18/25 and ends at 5:00:00 PM ET on 3/21/25.
• Entry: Individuals will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by texting LORMET to +1 877-581-3610 and completing every prompt to opt-in to LorMet Credit Union’s text promotions & offers list. After texting LORMET to +1 877-581-3610, individuals must reply Y to the automated reply text to officially opt-in to LorMet’s text promotions & offers list and become eligible for this Sweepstakes. Individuals must remain opted into LorMet’s text promotions & offers list throughout the promotion period to remain eligible for the Sweepstakes.
• Drawing: Two (2) winners will be determined daily from 3/18/25-3/21/25. Winners will be selected at random, drawing from all eligible entries received before 5:00:00 PM ET on the giveaway end date. In the event of a repeat winner, a new drawing will take place and a new winner will be selected for that day.

• Prizes: Eight (8) Prizes. Each winner (subject to verification) will receive two (2) regular adult 1-day tickets to the 2025 Home and Remodeling Expo at the Cleveland I-X Center. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $112.00. Prizes: eight (8) pairs of Home & Remodeling Expo tickets (ARV: $8.00). Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received.
• Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to LorMet members 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Winner’s LorMet account(s) must be in good standing. Employees, Officers, and Directors of LorMet and the immediate families and individuals living in the same households of the same, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• Winners: Winners will be notified by text message at the mobile number used to subscribe to LorMet’s text promotions and offers list. The prize must be claimed by visiting a mutually agreed upon LorMet branch. Winners will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release, except where prohibited by law. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the prize will be forfeited at the Sponsor’s discretion and awarded to an alternate winner. No transfer or assignment of a prize is permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Limitation of Liability: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless LorMet Community Federal Credit Union from and against any claims, actions, and liability of any kind resulting in whole or in, directly or indirectly from or arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use of any prize that may be awarded. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors preventing the proper execution relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including circumstances beyond our control (such as, but not limited to, weather conditions) or malfunction or failure of hardware, software or any Internet access services.
