Shavena started working at LorMet back in 2000 in the Card Services Department, and gradually worked her way through the ranks due to her dedication and enthusiasm. Completing classes while working full-time, Shavena earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University. Today, she serves as LorMet’s First Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Shavena’s success is an inspiration to our entire organization.

Starting as a Teller, Gil joined LorMet 13 years ago, quickly earning roles with more and more responsibility. These days, you can find him leading our Amherst Branch as Branch Manager. Gil’s charisma and passion for community involvement is a true asset to LorMet.

Chrissa began her career with LorMet in 2009 as a Seasonal Lending Clerk. By that July, she was promoted to Full-Time Loan Interviewer. Fast forward to many positions, branches, and years later, Chrissa’s commitment and lending skills have earned her a leadership role as Indirect Lending Coordinator.
